Private well water often contains naturally occurring minerals and dissolved gases that affect how water looks, smells, and interacts with plumbing fixtures. We test the water, explain what the results mean, and recommend treatment options appropriate for your specific water conditions and home plumbing system.

Well water varies from home to home. The following conditions are commonly reported by homeowners:
• Orange or brown staining in sinks, tubs, or toilets
• Metallic taste in drinking water
• Sulfur or “rotten egg” odor
• Black staining on fixtures
• Cloudy or discolored water
• Scale buildup on fixtures and appliances
• Reduced soap lathering

Because well water conditions vary, treatment should be based on actual water characteristics. If you already have a well water test from a lab, home inspection, or new construction requirement, we can review the results with you and explain what they mean for your plumbing and fixtures.
When no recent test is available, we perform a basic in-home water evaluation to help identify common conditions and discuss appropriate treatment options.
If additional testing is appropriate, we will explain that before recommending equipment.
Different conditions require different treatment methods. We select equipment based on water characteristics rather than a one-size-fits-all system.

Addresses odor caused by dissolved gases.
